Treasury Team Leader

We are an independent family group offering consumers all over the world premium products which are often part of their national heritage. Our products include well-known brands such as Lučina, Král sýrů, Sedlčanský, Apetito, Pribináček and Liptov.
Since 2019, our shared service center located in Prague 4 provides support in finance, IT and Supply Chain for countries such as Germany, Hungary, Nordics or UK. As we are a team of 100 colleagues, you don´t have to be worried about losing your identity - the atmosphere is really familiar here! Right now we are looking for a Team Leader to join our small team of 3 colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

• Have oversight of the Treasury Team to ensure that they provide an excellent cashier service and deliver excellent customer care
• Bank reconciliations and suspense account investigations
• Build professional and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Preparation of weekly and 3 months cash flow forecast
• Journal preparation and posting
• Oversee month end processes including Cash book queries, allocations and coding
• Working with auditors
• Collaboration with other department

What we need from you:

• High school education is enough
• Strong analytical skills and shown capacity to do deep dives into numbers to discover root causes
• 3-5 years relevant experience preferably within a Financial Services organisation
• Level of English minimum B2 (communication a daily basis), any additional European language would be useful
• Basic knowledge of VAT and accounting
• High level of attention to detail
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
